STAFF ACTIVITY

Late last term, Sirius College Shepparton staff participated in some effective teacher well-being sessions. These relaxing sessions helped us to better cope with tolerating busy and difficult times and provided a reflective and fun environment for us to gain skills needed to meet our professional goals.

The first session involved learning how to play the African drums. This was sensational and an exciting experience for all.

The next session was visiting a labyrinth farm here in Shepparton. This was a much quieter and peaceful setting where we had time to relax and walk in the beautiful sunshine collecting our thoughts.

NEW STAFF MEMBER

Hello everyone,

My name is Ashu Bilkhu. I have joined Sirius College as a Student Support Coordinator. I have a passion to work with children and I have many years of experience working in various educational settings.

I moved to Shepparton about 3 years ago with my family. I call Shepparton “My home” because of the loving community we have.

I look forward to being a member of the Sirius College’s team.

Warmest regards,
Ashu Bilkhu.
